Colette a Boutique will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. (Upon receipt of returned goods, Colette a Boutique reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements). Please note that panties, sale items, special offers, and custom-tailored garments are final sales and are not exchangeable. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please note: Colette a Boutique does not refund shipping and handling charges. To process a return or exchange, please email info@coletteaboutique.com or call us: 732-387-8250 for a return authorization code. The return authorization code must be written on your packing slip and included in the package with the return. The return authorization code must also be written on the outside of the package. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE IS REQUIRED ON THE PACKING SLIP AND ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE FOR ALL RETURNS. Colette a Boutique will honor price adjustments within seven (7) days of the date of shipment, when accompanied by the original invoice. Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Colette a Boutique. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
